1 Pillsbury Plus yellow cake mix

Mix cake mix per instructions adding 1 cup coconut. While cake is hot, leave in pan and punch holes all over with fork. Pour topping over and let cool.

TOPPING:

1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 sm. can Carnation condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together and add enough water to make 2 cups. When cool, ice with 8 or 9 ounce Cool Whip and sprinkle with coconut, the longer refrigerated, the better.
