ROCKY ROAD CAKE 
1 pkg. dark chocolate cake mix
3 eggs
1 1/3 c. oil
1 1/3 c. water
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips (6 oz.)
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. chopped nuts

Blend mix, eggs, oil, and water until moistened. Beat 2 minutes at highest speed. Fold in chocolate chips, marshmallows, and nuts. Pour into 12 inch fluted pan; bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Cool upright 25 minutes. Turn out and cool. Blend glaze ingredients and spoon over cooled cake.

GLAZE:

1 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. Bakers cocoa
2 tbsp. soft butter
2 tsp. vanilla
2-3 tbsp. water

Mix together.
