LUAU HAM KABOBS 
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1 (2 lb.) canned ham, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
1 lg. pineapple, cut into 1 inch cubes
4 sweet onions, cut into quarters

Heat first 5 ingredients until butter is melted, stirring often. Remove from heat; set aside.

Thread ham, pineapple and onions on skewers. Place on grill. Cook about 15 minutes or until ham is heated through, brushing often with butter mixture and turning often. Serve over a bed of rice. 6 servings.
