MALT CIDER 
1 qt. cider
1/2 tsp. whole allspice
6 cinnamon sticks (2" long each)
6 whole cloves
1/3 c. brown sugar

1. Put spices in oven bag.

2. Heat cider with 1/3 cup brown sugar until dissolved.

3. Add bag of spices for 10 minutes or until desired spice flavor reach. Serve hot sprinkled with nutmeg.
