BLUEBERRY COBBLER 
1 qt. fresh blueberries
2 c. sugar
3 c. water
1 stick butter
1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. pecans (opt.)

Line a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with blueberries, 2 cups sugar and water. Sprinkle butter, flour and 1 cup sugar over blueberries. Sprinkle 1 cup pecans over top (optional). Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with Cool Whip.
