CHILI-CORN CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 egg
1 (4 oz.) can whole mild chilies, drained
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese slices

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Generously grease baking pan, 8 x 8 x 2 inches. Mix baking mix, corn, milk, oil and egg. Spread half of the corn mixture in pan. Rinse chilies and remove seeds; arrange in single layer on corn mixture in pan. Layer cheese slices on chilies. Top with remaining corn mixture. Bake uncovered until set and top is golden brown, about 30 minutes. Garnish with taco sauce and chili pepper if desired. 6 to 8 servings.

High altitude directions (3500 to 6500 feet) : Heat oven to 475 degrees. Stir 2 tablespoons flour into baking mix.
