MUESLI 
2/3 c. old fashioned or quick cooking rolled oats
1/3 c. finely chopped apples
Milk or yogurt
Dash of cinnamon
Lemon juice, few drops
Nuts, raisins, bananas, strawberries, peaches

Cover oats with water and soak overnight. In the morning, strain plumped oatmeal grains to drain excess water. Stir in apples, lemon juice and milk or yogurt. Sprinkle with any desired combination of fruits and nuts.
