PENNSYLVANIA'S CHOCOLATE VELVET
DESSERT
 
2/3 c. chocolate flavored syrup
2/3 c. sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. wheat germ
2 c. whipped cream

1. Measure and sift together syrup, condensed milk, vanilla and wheat germ.

2. Whip cream until very stiff.

3. Gently fold whipped cream into chocolate mixture.

4. Spoon into ice cube trays and place in freezer.

5. Freeze until firm.
