MEAT LOAF
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 clove fresh garlic, chopped
1 tsp. butter
2 lbs. lean ground round
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 to 1 c. plain bread crumbs
1/4 c. plain yogurt
Salt and pepper to taste
6 oz. mild chili sauce
3 strips uncooked bacon

Place ground meat in large mixing bowl. Lightly brown celery and onions in butter. Add garlic and cook for about 3 minutes. (Do not over cook garlic.) Add to meat. Add egg, Worcestershire sauce, bread crumbs, and yogurt to meat. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.

Form loaf and place in pan large enough so that the loaf does not touch the sides of the pan. Make a shallow depression in top of meat loaf and fill with chili sauce. Place bacon strips over top of loaf. Bake about 1 hour at 350 degrees.
