BEEF TERIYAKI 
1 lb. round steak, cut in julienne strips
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 tbsp. cooking sherry
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. oil

In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, sherry, sugar, ginger and garlic powder. Stir in meat and let marinate 10 minutes. Stir fry over medium-high heat in hot oil.
