TERIYAKI BEEF KABOBS 
2 lbs. sirloin steak
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. salad oil
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. minced ginger root
2 cloves garlic, crushed
18 mushrooms
18 cherry tomatoes
1 green pepper, cored and cut into 1 inch pieces

Cut meat into 1 inch cubes. Combine soy sauce, oil, ginger, sugar, and garlic. Marinate with steak for 30 to 60 minutes-NO LONGER. Now alternate meat and veggies on skewers. Place in broiler pan rack, approximately 5 inches from electrical unit, and cook for 3 to 5 minutes. Brush with marinate and turn and cook for 3 to 5 minutes longer. 6 servings.
