1 qt. Hellmann's mayonnaise (no substitute)
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
3/4 lb. bleu or roquefort cheese, crumbled
1 pt. sour cream
1 tsp. garlic salt
Dash or 2 of lemon juice (bottled is all right)

Mix all together and store in tightly covered jar and refrigerate. May be kept indefinitely as long as it is covered well.

For low calorie sour cream, mix in blender 1 pint large curd cottage cheese and 1 tablespoon lemon juice at high speed until creamy smooth. May be used in place of sour cream for anything.
