ROQUEFORT DRESSING OR DIP 
3 oz. Roquefort cheese, mashed with a fork
1 pt. mayonnaise (she uses Hellmann's)
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder
5 tbsp. chives, finely chopped (some onion can be sub. if desired)
1 tsp. ground pepper
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. buttermilk

Combine ingredients and stir gently. Do not add buttermilk if you wish to use as a dip.
