SALMON LOAF 
2 cans salmon (6 1/2 oz.)
4 eggs
2 c. crackers or bread crumbs
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
Season to taste

Beat eggs. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix. Pour in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown, 50 to 60 minutes. Serve with lemon juice.
