3 c. grated sweet potatoes, raw
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter, melted
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. raisins or coconut

Grate sweet potatoes very fine; add sugar and eggs one at a time, beating well, then add milk. Add raisins. Bake in large greased casserole dish at 350 degrees for one hour. Serve plain or with whipped cream. Flat dishes are best.
