1 c. buttermilk
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
2 sm. cans Mandarin oranges, drained
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 pkg. Keebler fudge-striped cookies

Combine all ingredients, except cookies. When ready to serve, break cookies into mixture and fold in, reserving some for garnish.
