7-UP SALAD 
A favorite of our children at holidays.

1 lg. lemon Jello
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 sm. packet Knorr gelatin
2 c. 7-Up
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
2 c. miniature marshmallows

Dissolve gelatin, Jello in water. Cool a few minutes. Add 7-Up. Drain large can crushed pineapple and save juice. Put pineapple into Jello and add marshmallows. Let congeal until firm.

TOPPING:

1 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 egg
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. Cool Whip
1 sm. can coconut
Nuts

Mix well first five ingredients in a saucepan and heat while cooking. Set aside and cool completely. Add Cool Whip and small can coconut. Spread over Jello mixture. Sprinkle nuts on top.
