1 sm. pkg. Oreos
1/2 c. butter
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
1 1/2 c. peanuts
2/3 c. chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. butter
2 c. powdered sugar

Crush Oreos and melt 1/2 cup butter. Mix together and press into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Freeze. Slice ice cream on top of Oreos. Sprinkle peanuts on top of ice cream. Freeze, mix chips, sweetened milk, butter and sugar together and boil 8 minutes. Cool and spread over peanuts. Freeze.
