KATHERINE'S POTATO SALAD 
10 potatoes, cooked & cubed
6 eggs, boiled & chopped
2 c. dill relish
2 c. salad olives
1 c. sweet pickle relish
2 c. onions, chopped
1 c. parsley, chopped fine
2 c. celery, chopped fine

DRESSING:

3 c. mayonnaise, might need a little more
1/2 c. mustard
1 tbsp. salt
2 tsp. Louisiana hot sauce
Pepper to taste
