CHOCOLATE CHERRY CAKE | |
1 pkg. chocolate cake mix 1 sm. can cherry pie filling 2 eggs, already beaten FROSTING: 1 tsp. almond extract 1 c. sugar 5 tbsp. butter 1/3 c. milk 1 c. chocolate chips Mix together cake mix, cherry pie filling, eggs and the almond extract. Stir them gently and spread on greased cake sheet or 13x9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, then boil for 1 minute the sugar, butter and milk. Then stir in quickly and gently the chocolate chips and pour or spread quickly over the hot cake before the chips are melted. |
