CHOCOLATE FROSTING 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1/3 c. dairy sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. sifted confectioners' sugar

Melt chocolate pieces over hot, not boiling, water. Remove from heat. Add sour cream, vanilla, and salt; mix until well blended. Beat in confectioners' sugar gradually. Spread over cake.
