CHOCOLATE SOUR CREAM FROSTING 
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. sifted confectioners' sugar

Melt chocolate chips and butter over low heat. Remove from heat; blend in 1/2 cup sour cream, vanilla and salt. Gradually add confectioners' sugar. May need more sugar to reach spreading consistency. Beat well.
