CHOCOLATE FROSTING 
2 c. (12 oz. pkg.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 c. powdered sugar
2/3 c. evaporated milk

In small microwave-safe bowl, place chocolate chips. Microwave 1 1/2 minutes on HIGH. Stir, microwave on HIGH an additional 30 seconds or until melted and smooth when stirred. (Chips may also be melted in pan over warm water.) Gradually add powdered sugar and evaporated milk, beating until smooth. Makes about 2 1/2 cups frosting.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
