PLUM CAKE 
4 c. plums (you may use apples, peaches or nectarines instead)
1/2 c. sugar
4 tsp. cinnamon

Mix together and let stand while preparing batter. 1 c. oil 1 3/4 c. sugar 2 1/2 tsp. vanilla 4 eggs 1/4 c. orange juice 3 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt

Mix above ingredients together and beat well. Grease and flour a 9 x 13 inch pan and layer batter and fruit alternately ending with fruit. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Reduce heat 25 degrees if using glass pan.
