1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cold water
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/3 c. raisins
1/3 c. oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 (4 3/4 oz.) jar baby food plums, reserve 1 tbsp. of icing

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In 9 inch square pan, combine flour, sugar, soda, baking powder, and salt. Add remaining ingredients. Stir vigorously for 1 minute. Bake 30 to 35 minutes.

ICING:

1 tbsp. plums
2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients. Beat until spreading consistency.
