POLISH MISTAKES 
1 lb. ground beef
12 oz. Jimmy Dean's pork sausage
Few shakes of Tabasco sauce

Combine ingredients in pan. Brown meat and drain off grease. To the above mixture add:

1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut up chunks and mix over low heat until cheese is melted

Spread this on top of cocktail rye bread (use 1 1/2 loaves). Place these on cookie sheet. Cover with foil between layers. Place in freezer and freeze well. When hard put in freezer ziplock bags until ready to use.

To bake: Place in single layer on cookie sheet and bake uncovered 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

Yield: Approximately 4 dozen.
