POLISH MISTAKES 
1 lb. sausage
1 lb. lean ground chuck
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 loaves party rye bread

Brown sausage, ground meat, salt, pepper, garlic salt and Worcestershire sauce. Drain off fat. Add Velveeta cheese, heat until melted. Cool slightly. Spread a teaspoon full on each slice of party rye bread. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

These freeze well. Make them, place on cookie sheets until frozen, then place in freezer bags, use as needed.
