MANHATTAN CLAM CHOWDER 
2 cans clams & juice
2 bottles clam juice
1 (16 oz.) can potatoes
2 carrots
1/2 green pepper
1 med. onion
1 stalk celery
12 oz. tomato juice
6 oz. tomato paste
Basil
Oregano
Thyme
1 cap lemon juice
Garlic
Coriander

Combine all ingredients and simmer until all flavors are blended. Yields 8 servings.
