BARBARA'S CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breasts
1 c. chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken
1 can cream of mushroom
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing mix

1. Cook chicken, then debone.

2. Save 1 cup chicken broth, then mix with 2 cans of soup.

3. Melt stick of butter and toss with stuffing. 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Add ingredients by layers. Repeat until gone. Save 1 cup stuffing for top. 1. Chicken. 2. Soup mixture. 3. Stuffing. Serve with salad and garlic bread.
