OVERNITE BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
6 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
6 slices bread
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 lb. mild sausage
1 c. slightly grated cheese

Crumble sausage and slightly brown. Drain off grease. Mix together: eggs, milk, salt, mustard. Add cubed bread and stir. Add cheese and sausage and mix. Put in glass 8 x 12 inch baking dish. Place in refrigerator overnight. Bake 45 minutes or until done at 350 degrees. Cool a few minutes before serving.
