APPLE PIZZA COFFEECAKE 
APPLE TOPPING:

2 tbsp. butter
2 lg. apples, sliced thin & peeled
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon

In skillet, melt butter, add apple slices. Stir in sugar, flour and cinnamon; simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

CREAM CHEESE TOPPING:

4 oz. cream cheese, soft
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

STREUSEL TOPPING:

1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter

Combine until crumbly.

COFFEECAKE:

2 3/4 - 3 c. flour
1 pkg. yeast
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1 egg

Heat water, milk and butter to 120 degrees. Add to 1 1/2 cups flour mixture. Add egg; blend. Add enough flour to make soft dough. Let raise.

Press into 12" pizza pan or large cookie sheet, form a ridge, spread cream cheese filling over dough. Spoon apple topping over cream cheese, sprinkle Streusel Topping over apples, let raise. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
