APPLE PIZZAS 
1 pkg. refrigerated biscuits
3 to 4 apples, peeled, cored and chopped
Cinnamon and sugar to taste
Cheese (optional)

Mix cinnamon, sugar and apples together. Spoon on top of flattened biscuits. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with a small slice of cheese the last few minutes if desired.
