APPLE PIZZA PIE 
Favorite pie crust for 2 crust pie
7 to 8 sliced apples
1 to 1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter

Roll crust onto round pizza pan. Trim and flute edge. Arrange apple slices close together and neatly over round crust. Sprinkle apples with lemon juice. Combine 1/3 cup sugar and spices; sprinkle over apples. Combine flour and 1/2 cup sugar; cut in butter until crumbly; sprinkle over top.

Bake at 325 to 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until crust is brown. Optional: drizzle with thin confectioners' icing.
