CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
2 c. cabbage, cut fine
2 c. cubed potatoes
1 c. milk
2 eggs
4 slices white bread, cubed
1 tsp. salt
Pepper
1 c. sausage

Beat eggs, add milk and bread cubes, also potatoes and 1 cup sausage. Salt and pepper cabbage. Mix all together.

Line the casserole with big cabbage leaves then pour the mixture of all into cabbage lined casserole. Cut a few cubes of butter on top of casserole and bake 45 minutes, covered at 350 degrees.
