6 med. potatoes
1/2 stick butter
1 can cream of celery soup
2 tbsp. dried onions
Salt & pepper
1 soup can milk

Peel and dice potatoes. Boil until tender, add butter. Salt and pepper to taste. Add onion. Mix celery soup and 1 can milk. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
