CONGEALED CHICKEN SALAD 
6 - 8 lb. hen
2 c. celery, diced
3/4 c. almonds, chopped
Diced salad pickle or sweet mixed pickle
4 hard boiled eggs
1 pt. mayonnaise

Bring to a boil 1 cup broth and 1/2 cup water. Pour boiling hot broth over 2 envelopes gelatin. When this is cold, add other ingredients. Put in large shallow pan and congeal. Cut in squares to serve. May also be molded in individual molds.
