QUICK LASAGNE 
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 c. chopped onions
2 garlic cloves, minced (garlic powder)
2 tsp. oregano, crushed
2 cans tomato soup
1/2 c. water
1 tomato paste
2 tsp. vinegar
1 pkg. lasagne noodles, cooked and drained
1 lg. box cottage cheese
1 pkg. mozzarella cheese, sliced

In sauce pan brown beef and cook in onion, garlic and oregano. Add soup, water and vinegar. Simmer 30 minutes. Stir now and then. In shallow baking dish arrange 3 alternate layers noodles, cottage cheese, meat sauce and mozzarella cheese. Bake 350 degrees 30 minutes. Let set 15 minutes to cool. A family favorite.
