MOZZARELLA MEATLOAF 
2 lbs. ground beef
2/3 c. dry bread crumbs or 2 slices bread, finely crumbled
1 env. onion recipe soup mix
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. spaghetti sauce
1 tsp. oregano leaves

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare oven cooking bag as directed on package. Combine all ingredients together. Shape into loaf and place in bag. Place 2 baking potatoes, cut lengthwise, into 8 strips and 1 (9 ounce) package frozen whole green beans around meatloaf in bag. Sprinkle vegetables with garlic, salt, and pepper. Bake for 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until done. When done, top meatloaf with 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese; heat extra spaghetti sauce to spoon over meatloaf.
