ICE CREAM CAKE 
67 Ritz or 2 packs Townhouse crackers, crushed
1 stick butter
4 tbsp. sugar
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened
2 boxes vanilla instant pudding mix
1 c. milk
Cool Whip

Melt butter, mix with sugar and crumbs and press into 9 x 14 inch cake pan. In large bowl mix softened ice cream, pudding mix and milk using large whisk or spoon. Pour over crust. Cover with Cool Whip and sprinkle with cracker crumbs.
