CHICKEN PARMESAN 
1/4 c. water
1 egg
2 lbs. chicken
1 c. seasoned dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. Parmesan
1/4 tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. oil
1 c. tomato/ spaghetti sauce
Oregano
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese

Beat egg with water. Mix crumbs, Parmesan and paprika. Dredge chicken in crumbs, then egg, then crumbs. Coat dish with 1 tablespoon oil. Place chicken in dish and sprinkle remaining oil. Cook on High 4 minutes. Turn chicken and cook on High 4 additional minutes. Top with tomato sauce and oregano. Cook on High 12 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese, cover and let stand 5 minutes.
