CHICKEN ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
3 lbs. chicken, cooked, diced
1 1/2 lbs. grated cheese (save some for the top)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can chicken broth
1/2 can Rotel tomatoes
1 lg. pkg. taco flavored Doritos

Layer the ingredients in the following order. Make 2 layers, chips, chicken, soup mixture and cheese. Put the casserole in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 6-8.
