BROCCOLI AND CORN WITH ONION
CRUNCH
 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears, thawed (precook slightly)
1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onions
1/2 c. sour cream
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. flour
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. ground mustard

Arrange broccoli in greased 8 x 12 inch baking dish. Combine corn, half of French fried onions, sour cream, eggs, flour, salt, pepper and mustard; mix thoroughly. Pour over broccoli. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Top with remaining onions and bake 5 minutes longer. 8 servings.
