SOUTHERN PECAN PIE 
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. corn syrup
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. melted butter
1 c. chopped pecans
9" pie crust

Add sugar and eggs, beating well. Add other ingredients except nuts in given order. Put nuts in bottom of pie crust. Pour rest over top. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, then 325 degrees for 30 minutes. (Make sure you have foil on your crust.)
