SOPAPILLAS 
2 eggs
1 c. milk
4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Sift dry ingredients together. Beat eggs well, add milk, sift in dry ingredients, adding as much flour as it well absorb. Let stand 20 minutes. Roll out 1/4 inch thick, cut in triangle or squares (or shape in small balls and let stand then roll out like tortillas) and fry in very hot, oil until brown.
