CHOCOLATE CRINKLE COOKIES 
1/4 c. Mazola corn oil
4 (4 oz.) squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 3/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. confectioners sugar

Mix oil, chocolate, and sugar. Blend in one egg at a time until well mixed. Add vanilla; stir in salt, flour, and baking powder. Chill several hours or overnight. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Drop several rounded teaspoons of dough into confectioners sugar. Roll around and shape into balls. Place about 2 inches apart on greased baking sheet. Bake 12-15 minutes. Makes approximately 5 dozen cookies.
