BREADED FISH 
1 lb. fish fillets
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. parsley flakes
3/4 c. saltine crackers, crushed
1 tbsp. lemon juice

On wax paper, blend crackers, mustard and parsley flakes. Brush fish fillets with lemon juice. Coat with cracker mixture. Place fillets in center of roasting rack with thickest portion to outside. Microwave at HIGH 6 to 9 1/2 minutes or until fish flakes easily.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
