BROCCOLI & MOSTACCIOLI 
Olive oil
Garlic
1 to 3 chopped tomatoes
Broccoli (1 head broken up into flowerets)
1/2 c. heavy cream
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Red pepper flakes
1/2 lb. mostaccioli

All in 1 large pan saute the garlic and tomato in some olive oil. Add 3 cups of boiling water and 1/2 pound of the pasta. Cook 7 to 10 minutes. Add the broccoli flowerets and cook 3 minutes. Add the cream, cheese and pepper flakes to taste. Heat through and serve. This is a delicious, simple vegetable main dish.
