3 eggs 2 c. brown sugar 1 c. shortening 3 c. flour Pinch salt 1 tsp. baking soda FILLING: 1 c. raisins 1 c. brown sugar 1 c. hot water 1 tbsp. flour 1 tbsp. vanilla Cook and cool before using. Mix ingredients together to make cookies. Cut out a nice round circle. Put filling in the center and cover with another circle of dough. Bake at 350 degrees until done. | |
