1 1/2 c. 15 bean soup beans
1/2 c. UNCLE BEN'S® minute rice
1 lb. hamburger
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. Luzianne Cajun seasoning

Wash beans, put in large pot. Cover with 5 cups water. Cook slow until done. May need to add water (hot) while cooking, you want them soupy.

Cook hamburger in a small amount of cooking oil until done (do not brown) cover set aside. Cook rice as directed, but add 1 tablespoon of butter, 1/4 teaspoon Luzianne Cajun seasoning to cooking water, when beans are done. Add hamburger meat and rice. Stir real good, keep hot until serving time.
