HUNGRY JACK BEEF AND BEAN
ROUND-UP
 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion or 1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1 c. barbecue sauce
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 (16 oz.) can Green Giant baked style beans
1 (10 oz.) can Hungry Jack refrigerated flaky biscuits
1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 375 degrees. In skillet, brown ground beef and onion; drain. Stir in barbecue sauce, brown sugar and beans; heat until bubbly. Pour into 2 1/2 quart casserole. Separate dough into 10 biscuits. Place biscuits over hot meat mixture. Sprinkle cheese over biscuits. Bake at 375 degrees for 22 to 27 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown. 6 servings.
